Night Mode is your friend
Turn on night mode on your devices. Most devices, and even many apps, have this mode to help keep your circadian rhythm more in line.
Not only is night mode easier on your eyes, it's also good for the planet because it uses less energy. Be good to your eyes, be good to the planet, and save a little battery power all by making this easy switch.
If you've got a mac, search for "Night Shift" or look under System Preferences > Displays. Your computer will shift the color spectrum of your display, helping you get a better nights sleep.
Of course the best way is to "power down" before bed, but if you have to continuing staring at screens, you might as well reduce some of the negative impacts.
